Yes, you can stay on the same site and renew month to month for a long-term stay.

Nightly rates vary by site type, but start at $69/night plus tax for our Special Back-In Site for RV's 30' or less. Weekly rates start at $399 plus tax. We also offer a monthly discounted rate.

Yes, we’d love to your host your next rally! We have 295 sites, 2 pickleball courts, swimming pool, horseshoes, cornhole, washers and a Clubhouse for meeting space. See more information in our RV Rally flyer.

Yes, we welcome dogs and have two dog parks – one for small dogs and one for larger dogs – and a dog wash station. If not contained within fencing, pets should be on a leash while outside your RV.

If you want pet fencing at your site, it should be metal fencing specifically for pets (no plastic landscape fencing.) Fencing color must be black. Pet fencing requires management approval to ensure it’s in good condition and in compliance with resort aesthetics.

While there is not access from Canopy, you can access the Comal River at several points including Landa Park and Texas Tubes, both are about six miles from the park. Guadalupe River is accessible as well and is within 12 minutes drive time from Canopy RV Resort.

Check-In Time: After 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, all guests must register at the office. An early check-in may be available for an additional fee. Check-Out Time: Before 11:00 AM for all sites. A late check-out may be available for an additional fee. All outstanding balances to be paid at Check-Out.

Pool hours are 8am-10pm daily.

Yes, we have boat and vehicle storage available. It’s $40 a month for small trailers or $80 a month for large trailers, cars and RVs. Staying less than 7 days, it’s $5/day.

Yes, we are one of the few places in the area that refill propane tanks. Bring it here 7 days a week during business hours for a quick refill at a great price!

Unfortunately, we don’t provide RVs to rent. There are several national RV rental companies you may want to check out such as RV Share and Cruise America. Check them out and then make your reservation for your upcoming FUN stay with us!
