Fall: Festival Season in New Braunfels

Autumn kicks off with Wurstfest, the famous ten-day German heritage festival held each November near the Comal River... Wurstfest 2026 runs November 6 through 15, about ten minutes from the resort. Winter: The Season Our Regulars Come Back For

From October 1 through April 30, Canopy fills with returning Winter Texans, and the resort calendar picks up with weekly bingo nights, movie nights, and social gatherings. Food trucks roll in most weekends, the free hot breakfast runs in the clubhouse, and the coffee bar is open daily. Snowbirds should start with our Winter Texans page for the full season picture.
